iGo360 Home Page

This is the iGo360 Home Page. We will go through the layout below and give a full tour in this Learning Cell.

1. The Attendance Panel & Manual Sign-In Button

This is the attendance panel. Here is where you can sign in your members, view today's attendance, and track statuses. If you have an Attendance Scanner, members can sign themselves in.

From top to bottom, the Attendance Panel shows:

• Member Image: An image of the last member who signed in (if photos are used).
• Manual Sign-In Button: Used to manually record attendance.
• Today's Attendance Panel: List of signed-in members and total attendance.

Color & Symbol Key

• Gray: Member in good standing
• Purple: Terminated or Non-Member
• Red: Member owes money
• Green: Traveling Member between Clubs that the owner owns
• Alert ⚠: Member has Alert attribute
• 🎂 Birthday Cake: Today is member's birthday
• *Asterisk: Pending document signature (more info)
• Blue: Member on Hold

The Manual Sign-In Button

Steps to manually sign in a member:

1. Click the Manual Sign-In Button

2. Check boxes to select members
3. Click OK at bottom right
4. Members will appear in Today's Attendance Panel

2. The Staff Panel

Displays a list of today's working staff and their scheduled hours.

3. The Control Menu Shortcuts

Menu shortcuts at the top of every iGo360 page:

• Home Menu: Dashboard Home
• Prospect Menu: Prospect management
• Member Menu: Member management
• Schedule Menu: Calendar, tasks, appointments
• CRM Menu: Notes, docs, SMS/email, mass comms
• POS Menu: Sales, refunds, gift cards
• Reports Menu: Reports menu
• Employee Menu: Time Clock, passwords
• Settings Menu: Club settings and preferences

4. The Dashboard

The dashboard displays configurable windows for each employee. Windows can be minimized, restored, or closed.

• KPI Revenue & Numbers: Click totals for reports
• KPI Member Counts: Click totals for reports
• Today's Schedule: Click a name to access their task list
• Tasks Assigned: Click to go to member task list
• Upcoming Expiring Memberships: Click to access member record
• Current Month's Sales: Click for Sales by Item Category
• Recently Failed Transactions: Click to open Decline Report
